About the IAPP

Tara Bodden is Head of Claims and General Counsel at At-Bay, the InsurSec provider for the digital age. Combining world-class technology, cybersecurity, and industry-leading insurance expertise, At-Bay was designed from the ground up to empower businesses to thrive in the digital world. The company currently safeguards over $800B of policyholder revenue in the US across its Cyber, Tech E&O, and Miscellaneous Professional Liability, solutions. In this role, Bodden manages the Claims team and works closely with insured businesses to protect and assist them through difficult situations and to develop and execute litigation and settlement strategies.

Before At-Bay, Bodden was Senior VP of Cyber, Technology, Media, and Entertainment at Hiscox USA, where she managed a team of claims attorneys. She is a seasoned attorney with extensive litigation and counseling experience. Bodden has a Bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University, a Master’s from the University of Sussex, and a JD from Santa Clara University School of Law.
