Monique Ferraro, CIPP/US, CIPM, FIP
Monique Ferraro is Counsel in the Cyber Practice at Harford Steam Boiler Inspection and Insurance Company. She be provides legal and technical expertise in support of cyber efforts undertaken by Munich Re's U.S. P&C operations.
Previously, Ms. Ferraro was principal at Technology Forensics, an information technology forensics, security and e-discovery consulting firm and owner of The Ferraro Law Firm. Prior to that, Ms. Ferraro worked for the Connecticut Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection, where she was a founding member of the Computer Crimes and Electronic Evidence Lab and the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. She frequently speaks and publishes on the subjects of information security, privacy and digital forensics.
Ms. Ferraro holds a master’s degree in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University, a juris doctorate from the University of Connecticut School of Law and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional.
