About the IAPP

Krishna Sood CIPP/E is a Senior Attorney at Skype, an affiliate of Microsoft Corporation and regularly advises the business on strategic issues including cross-border data transfers, data retention, residency and disclosures. A National Undergraduate Scholar, Krishna graduated from the Australian National University with a LLB (Honours) and BA. Qualified as solicitor in Australia and England, Krishna has worked as a commercial lawyer in private practice and as in-house counsel for household brands in the TMT sectors. Krishna holds an LLM from King's College London.
