Juliana de Oliveira Peixinho
Professional with great experience in data protection, digital law and compliance. Juliana has been assisting several national and multinational clients in programs involving the compliance to the Brazilian and International legislation, especially with compliance to data protection regulations on services related to finance, technology and healthy. She also has experience with technology contracts, regulatory aspects involving digital law and data breaches.
Juliana has degree in Law at at the Faculdade de Direito de São Bernardo do Campo (FDSBC). She holds a postgraduate degree in Corporate Law at Escola de Direito da Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) and in Law and Information Technology at Universidade de São Paulo (USP). She is a Certified Lawyer.
