About the IAPP

Sheila Pham serves as the Director of Privacy at RingCentral, a multinational unified communications and contact center platform with AI-powered solutions. In this role, she advises on data protection and AI strategies for product development and deployment, privacy program management, and compliance with international data protection laws. Before joining RingCentral, she counseled on privacy matters at Palo Alto Networks, a cybersecurity company, and was a privacy compliance and litigation attorney at Troutman Pepper.

Additionally, Sheila is a Member of the Board of Women in Security and Privacy, a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing women and underrepresented communities in leadership roles within the privacy and security sectors. This organization maintains a global presence, with local chapters across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, South Africa, and Germany.
