This article from Lokke Moerel and Marijn Storm address the current perception that blockchain is not compatible with the EU General Data Protection Regulation. The article argues none of the issues identified by legal scholars and stakeholders are likely to pose issues for blockchain applications and that GDPR is well able to regulate this new technology.
