About the IAPP

Manuel Coelho Dias is a legal advisor and compliance professional working on the interplay between regulatory and digital risks. Currently, he is deeply involved in projects aiming to ensure compliance with DORA and the NIS 2 Directive, acting across several industries in Europe as part of Marsh Advisory, the risk consulting practice of Marsh McLennan. Before this, Manuel supported the design and implementation of regulatory compliance projects for financial institutions – namely in respect of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Payments Services Directives (PSD 1 and PSD 2) and Anti-Money Laundering Directive (4 AML).
