About the IAPP

Sandy Tsakiridi is a Senior Director in the Global Privacy Office of The Coca-Cola Company. As part of her responsibilities, she is the Privacy Lead for Europe and spearheads the company’s Global AI Governance Framework. Prior to her current role, she worked as an in-house senior counsel at the Global Privacy Legal team of HSBC, and an external legal counsel in leading international law firms and one of the Big Four in London and Brussels. She is dual-qualified in the UK (Solicitor of England & Wales) and Greece (Supreme Court Lawyer – “Dikigoros”).

Sandy holds various professional certifications (CIPP/E, CIPM, FIP, COBIT, PRINCE2) as well as four postgraduate degrees in law from University College London, Université Paris 1-Panthéon Sorbonne, the Londos School of Economics & Political Science and the Brussels School of Competition. She is also the Chair of the One Trust Privacy Connect London Chapter, the founder of W@PrivacyGR and regularly contributes to publications and conferences on privacy and data protection topics.
