The Next Generation of Privacy Professionals: Women Leading Privacy

Wednesday, 18 April, 11:15 – 12:30

Caroline Parks, Corporate Privacy Counsel, Expedia
Antonia Rodriguez, Privacy Counsel, Manager, UK, Vodafone
Hana Ross, CIPP/E, Senior Manager, Privacy, Sony

These three relative newcomers to privacy and data protection will give a voice to those who aren’t veterans of the privacy world, sharing their stories about what it was like to move through the profession over the last seven years. How did they come to privacy? What have they learned the most? What has surprised them the most? What were the challenges gearing up to GDPR? And what are they most proud of? But don’t come just to listen—they want to hear from the audience too. What does the future look like to you? Does your vision of the future reflect your hopes and aspirations?

What you’ll take away:

  • An enhanced confidence to develop as a privacy professional
  • Provoked into questioning what the future big issues are
  • Inspiring delegates to achieve their full potential – they too could be on the podium next year passing on the baton
