Speaker Registration: You will automatically be awarded a complimentary pass to the event and registered as a speaker by IAPP Staff. Conference pass is eligible for Monday’s Welcome Reception on April 11 and all programming and events happening on Tuesday and Wednesday, April 12-13. If you’re speaking on a workshop, your pass will also include your workshop on Monday, April 11. If you would like to add a training, workshop, or exam to your registration (additional cost), please contact speaker manager Julia Kirchmer at email@example.com.

February 24: Deadline for initial planning call with co-panelists and chairperson.
March 17: Send draft presentations to your chair/speaker manager.
March 31: Send final presentation to your chair/speaker manager.

Need to make a change to speakers or presentation content? It is important to run it by us. Changes must be approved by IAPP to uphold the quality of our program and keep our publications current. Please contact Julia immediately if you need to make adjustments.

These spaces are just for speakers — your home away from home. Pick up your thank-you gift here, print your presentation notes, meet the on-site speaker managers and get your questions answered in person, meet with your co-panelists for coffee and a snack, or just work quietly.
The workrooms are available during the following hours in room “Chinatown” on Level M3 in the Marriott Marquis and in “Room 142” on Level 1 in the Convention Center.
