About the IAPP

Sandra provides strategic advice on data privacy-related matters across the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG). She leads the Group’s Data Privacy team that spread across different regions. Her team provides data privacy advice and implements compliance framework globally. She partners closely with key senior stakeholders and business functions across LSEG. She is an experienced lawyer in data privacy and protection and risk management with regulatory background, now focusing on the digital identity, financial industry, data, and technology. She advises on AI Governance and data privacy risk mitigation. Sandra had served at the Office for the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data (PCPD) in Hong Kong SAR, International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) Asia Advisory Board, and the IAPP examination board.
