Xander is an Executive Security Leader, Board Advisor, and Risk Management Expert with extensive success developing, implementing, and leading best practice information security portfolios, data privacy programs, and artificial intelligence security governance programs. Xander served in the United States Marine Corps. in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and is a combat veteran and strategy and risk management consultant with over 15 years of experience specializing in security strategy, data privacy, data protection, digital risk and compliance, and data governance. He has served as Data Privacy Officer, CISO, Field CISO, as well as vCISO. Xander is a culturally agile and passionate people-first oriented security leader, mentor, and consultant. He is currently focusing on security and privacy related to artificial intelligence and transhumanism. Xander owns and operates, Collective Force LLC, where he provides consigliere services to senior executives seeking cyber risk and conscious leadership advice throughout the world.
