Eitan Levisohn is TransUnion’s US Privacy Lead, advising TU on compliance with federal and state privacy laws and developments. Before joining TU, Eitan served as an Attorney-Advisor to Commissioner Phillips at the FTC, focusing on consumer protection, privacy, and data security. Eitan previously worked at Covington & Burling and Jones Day, advising financial services firms on government investigations, providing regulatory counsel, and conducting trainings on data protection issues. Prior to that, Eitan was one of the first dozen employees in the Office of Enforcement at the CFPB and a trial attorney in the Public Integrity Section at the DOJ.
