Aline Darbellay is Assistant Professor of Law at the Center for Banking and Financial Law at the University of Geneva, Switzerland. In 2010, she was Research Associate at the University of San Diego School of Law, United States. In 2014-2015, she was Research Fellow at the Chair in Law and Finance at the University of Zurich, Switzerland. She is admitted to the New York bar. She is the author of a monograph, Regulating Credit Rating Agencies, published in 2013. Her research interests are in issues related to the law and regulation of capital markets and financial technology.
