Priscilla Silva has a solid career as a Brazilian in-house counsel in finance and technology companies, with more than twenty years working on consultative and preventive areas, with focus on Business, Digital and Data Protection Law. Experienced privacy and data protection counsel in Latin America. Received her law degree from Mackenzie Presbyterian University (2002) and degrees in Contract (2005) from São Paulo School of Law/FGV and Master Economics of Law from São Paulo School of Economy/FGV (2010). Since 2013, working for Visa (NYSE: V), a world leader in digital payments, in which she leaded the LGPD adequacy project, being appointed as the Data Protection Officer in Brazil. Currently is a Senior Counsel responsible for the Latin American Privacy matters.
