About the IAPP

Molly is an attorney with the business combinations and capital transactions group and the privacy and data security team in Frost Brown Todd’s Cincinnati office. Molly’s privacy and data security practice focuses on federal and state data privacy and information security laws and EU privacy laws. Her experience includes counseling on a variety of matters related to consumer privacy, including counseling clients on privacy compliance and best practices under the California Consumer Privacy Act, the General Data Protection Regulation, the ePrivacy directive, and other emerging privacy laws and regulations, drafting privacy policies, and negotiating and drafting data protection agreements and addendums.

Molly earned her J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2017.
