Linda Zhang is on the product counsel team at Google covering Chrome. She previously was an associate in the litigation and privacy and data security groups at Perkins Coie in San Francisco. Her background is in advising companies on how to build strong privacy programs and helping companies handle regulatory investigations. Prior to joining Google, she completed legal secondments at Meta and Amazon Web Services. She volunteers as part of the CPRA Working Group of the California Lawyers Association’s Privacy Section and the Harvard Club of San Francisco. Linda received her J.D. from UCLA School of Law where she was an editor of the UCLA Law Review, and received her A.B. from Harvard College.
