Simon Cheng is a Managing Associate based at the Hong Kong office of Ince & Co/Ince Gordan Dadds. He is admitted as a Solicitor in Hong Kong, England and Wales, and has over 14 year’s experience in advising both local and international based clients primarily within the transportation, logistics, maritime, aviation, insurance and financial specialist sectors. Simon focuses part of his practice on privacy, data protection, cyber security and insurance matters and has experience in assisting and helping clients in dealing with privacy and data protection related legal issues within the specialist sectors. Simon actively participates and is frequently invited to speak at privacy and data protection related events, including being invited recently by the Hong Kong Federation of Insurers to speak on the topic “cyber security, insurance and the maritime sector” in November 2018.”
