Maria Raphael
Maria Raphael is a Certified Information Privacy Professional /Europe (CIPP/E) and practices law in Cyprus as a Director and Partner at I.Frangos & Associates LLC (www.frangoslaw.com) heading the legal and litigation department of the firm.
Maria is also active in the data protection industry and is the co-founder of Privacy Minders (www.privacyminders.com) which provides customised data protection and security services enabling organisations to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and to create a secure environment for personal data.
She graduated in Law from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and holds a Master’s degree (LL.M.) in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of London as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Common Law and a Postgraduate Certificate in International Criminal Justice. She is also an ADR Group Accredited Civil & Commercial Mediator.
