About the IAPP

Daniela Kroell is the Lead Privacy Lawyer in Kyndryl's global Cyber Privacy & Regulatory Legal Team, as well as Europe DPO. Before joining Kyndryl in 2021, Daniela has had various other Legal & Privacy roles in another global IT company since 2004, and also advised clients on IT and data protection matters as Associate and Of Counsel with Austrian law firms. Daniela graduated with merits from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and did her PhD in international competition law. She was admitted to the Austrian bar, and has been teaching Privacy Law in Austria for several years.
