Marijn Storm is an Associate in Morrison & Foerster’s Brussels office, where he advises leading EU-headquartered companies and semi-governmental organizations on a range of their most pressing privacy and data security challenges. This includes, most recently, compliance with the EU Genera Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), for which he has assisted both processors and controllers, as well as data breach notification issues and the development of new products based on principles of privacy-by-design.  Marijn is also an active thought leader in this space, regularly keeping clients informed of important developments with client alerts, articles, and panel presentations on topics ranging from GDPR compliance and breach notification to cloud computing and 3-D printing.
