Marcin Czarnecki, CIPP/E
Marcin is the Chief Privacy Officer for PayU, one of the world's leaders in global payments and innovative fintech. Before joining PayU, Marcin was supporting Prosus group portfolio companies (including PayU) in developing their global privacy programs. He also advised the group’s businesses on privacy aspects of M&A transactions, integrations and divestments. Prior to joining Prosus, for 10 years Marcin worked for an international law firm and advised on data protection, information technology and M&A in the TMT sector.
