Tucker Greer is a Director in PwC’s Forensic Services practice specializing in Digital Forensics, eDiscovery, and Investigations. Mr. Greer has over 14 years of experience in digital forensics and litigation support services. He assists clients with addressing, navigating and responding to complex investigations relating to criminal, civil, and regulatory and internal compliance needs. His practice has been focused mainly on complex digital forensic matters involving electronic data theft, online financial fraud, cybercrime, and matters involving complex eDiscovery issues. He has extensive experience leading global investigations involving a wide range of criminal and civil matters including securities fraud, ponzi schemes, health care fraud, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), and national security related matters. Mr. Greer has also served as an expert witness in Federal Court.



Before joining PWC, Tucker served with the U.S. Attorney’s office for 10 years. During his tenure with the Department of Justice, Tucker received extensive experience in investigations and prosecutions of large white collar matters, organized crime and drug enforcement matters, and national security and terrorism investigations including over 100 jury and bench trials. He testified in Federal District Court on several occasions on discovery practices and has extensive experience in the articulation and execution of preservation orders, Grand Jury Subpoenas, motions, pleadings, and other court filings that involve electronically stored information or when complex discovery matters are involved.



Mr. Greer received national recognition from DOJ and received the Attorney General’s Award for Excellence, DOJ’s highest honor, for his work related to Federal terrorism investigations.



He was a frequent lecturer and educator at the DOJ’s National Advocacy Center on the topics of E-Discovery best practices, FRCP amendments concerning electronically stored information, deposing IT witnesses, preservation and litigation holds (drafting and analyzing), and eDiscovery in the Criminal Context. He has also been a guest lecturer at the American Academy of Applied Forensics and taught Digital Evidence and Courtroom Testimony to their corporate clients.
