About the IAPP

Rachel Nico is the Associate General Counsel for Information Technology and Global Legal Director of Privacy and Cybersecurity at Intel with a diverse practice focusing on privacy, cybersecurity, data and artificial intelligence issues. Prior to her current role at Intel, Rachel was the Associate Director of Product Security Legal and the Group Counsel for the New Technology Group, which developed wearables, AR/VR glasses, sensor technologies and other products based on emerging technologies. Before Intel, Rachel worked at Hulu, Leapfrog, Terayon and Cooley and consulted for a number of technology start-ups and is interested in the intersection of law and technology.
