About the IAPP

Yan Ross is a "recovering attorney" who has specialized in identity theft risk management education for over 10 years. He is the author of the recently published textbook and desk reference edition of the Certified Identity Theft Risk Management Specialist® (CITRMS®) course for the Institute of Consumer Financial Education. His accredited courses have received CE acceptance for attorneys, CFPs, CPAs, real estate licensees, and many other professional disciplines, including members of the IAPP.
