Natalija Bitiukova, CIPP/E, CIPM, FIP
Natalija Bitiukova is a data protection consultant from Lithuania based in Denmark. She also serves on the boards of the Lithuanian watchdog organization Human Rights Monitoring Institute (HRMI) and Berlin-based non-profit Civil Liberties Union for Europe. Before that, Natalija worked for prominent national and international human rights organizations, including the Open Society Justice Initiative (OSJI). She has contributed to a number of legislative initiatives in Lithuania, and authored a series of publications in the the human rights field. In 2014, she launched a digital rights initiative to raise awareness on the new technological developments and their effects on the right to privacy in Lithuania.
