About the IAPP

Amber Mednick is a senior corporate counsel in the T-Mobile Privacy Office. Amber is a subject matter expert on new state privacy laws, ad tech, and privacy impact assessments. She works with the business to review new products and new data uses using the privacy by design framework, implement new state privacy law requirements, advising on advertising, and being general privacy support for T-Mobile. Amber’s practical and sensible approach helps balance legal risk and business needs. 

Amber holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado School of Law, a Bachelor of Arts in English from University of Connecticut – Storrs, and her CIPP/US, CIPP/E, and CIPM.
