Diana Marina Cooper

Diana Marina Cooper is the Senior Director of Legal and Policy Affairs at PrecisionHawk, a leading UAS manufacturer and provider of airspace management solutions that promote safety and privacy in UAS operations.
Prior to joining PrecisionHawk, Diana led the UAS and Robotics Practice Group at LaBarge Weinstein, a technology boutique law firm with offices in Canada.
Diana serves on the board of Unmanned Systems Canada, a non-profit association representing the interests of the unmanned vehicle systems community in Canada.
Diana is a legal contributor at Robohub and is frequently quoted on regulatory issues surrounding UAS by media outlets including Forbes, The New York Times and The Guardian.
Diana obtained a BA in Politics and Governance from Ryerson University, a MA in Globalization Studies from McMaster University, and a JD in Law and Technology from the University of Ottawa.
