Chris is an attorney in the Columbus office of Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease.  He is a member of the firm’s litigation group. Chris represents clients in litigation involving privacy and data security issues, including class action litigation arising out of data breach incidents.  Chris also assists clients in preparing for and responding to data breach incidents. In this area, his experience includes preparing customized incident response plans, designing and conducting tabletop exercises, directing breach investigations, answering regulatory inquiries, and advising on cybersecurity issues, including compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).
