About the IAPP

Suzanne Brocklehurst is the Director of Early Resolution with the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario (IPC). In that role, Suzanne oversees a team of Analysts tasked with the early resolution or dismissal of access and privacy matters under the Municipal/Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, Part X of the Child, Youth and Family Services Act and the Personal Health Information Protection Act. Suzanne also worked as an Analyst, Mediator and Registrar at the IPC. Prior to joining the IPC, Suzanne held various positions with the College of Nurses of Ontario, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario and the Real Estate Council of Ontario. Suzanne obtained an Honours Bachelor of Environmental Studies degree from the University of Waterloo.
