About the IAPP

Perry is a Senior Privacy Counsel for Cognizant. He counsels the $16B technology services provider on privacy issues impacting M&A, Security Incident Response, and International Commercial Contracting. Perry spent the two years prior to Cognizant a solo practitioner focused on delivering big-tech legal experience to small technology start-ups and entrepreneurs. Perry was previously an Assistant General Counsel for Capgemini.

Perry earned his JD from University of Dayton School of Law with honors and is a CIPP/US. 

When he is not at the office, Perry is likely spending time with his family, reading, or pursuing his passions in music, food, and travel.
