Advocate | Partner at Maruta Wachta sp.j.

Sławomir is an advocate, partner at Maruta Wachta law firm in Warsaw (Poland). He is an experienced privacy and technology lawyer and certified (CIPP/E) data privacy professional. His practice covers the full scope of privacy-related issues with a specific focus on technology, banking, insurance, and e-commerce. Sławomir is a member of the Personal Data Protection Working Party at the Ministry of Digital Affairs – Telecommunications and Finance Subgroup. 

Sławomir graduated from the Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw (law) and the Warsaw School of Economics (international business). He holds a postgraduate degree in IT Law from the Akademia Leona in Warsaw. Currently, he is a Ph.D. candidate at Akademia Leona Kozminskiego researching automated decision making impact on privacy and business.
