Appointed as a professional expert by the European Commission for credit history files, she is a well known expert in economic professional circles. She launched the Directorate of the Department for Compliance in 2014, reflecting the orientation of the CNIL’s structure to be a regulator more involved in accompanying professionals with a large line of regulatory tools that aimed at simplifying administrative formalities and adding legal certainty and accountability in the respect of citizens’ data protection rights. With the application of GDPR, she is now dedicated to the strategy of economic co regulation.
