Sheila Millar is a partner with Keller and Heckman LLP where she represents businesses and trade associations on consumer protection matters. She advises clients on privacy, advertising and product safety compliance and enforcement questions, and represents them before legislative and regulatory bodies. Ms. Millar has represented The Toy Association at Federal Trade Commission (FTC) workshops on COPPA, and at a Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) hearing on connected products. She also serves as one of the Vice Chairs of the International Chamber of Commerce Marketing and Advertising Commission, helping to advance and enhance advertising self-regulation around the world.
