Ms. Millar works with corporate and association clients on a variety of regulatory and public policy issues. She helps clients develop privacy policies, data security and access procedures, manage trans-border data flows and create training programs to assure national and international compliance. She counsels clients on advertising issues, working on policy questions, claims, advertising challenges and contests and sweepstakes. She has many years of experience working with children's product companies, most recently handling legislative and regulatory implementation aspects of the newly-enacted Consumer Product Safety Improvements Act. She is a member of the Supporters Council of the Children's Advertising Review Unit and on the National Roster of Neutrals of the American Arbitration Association. Ms. Millar received her law degree from the American University and her undergraduate degree from Bryn Mawr College.
