About the IAPP

Promila Gonsalves has over 5 years of experience in health information privacy. Her work focuses on privacy program and policy development, conducting privacy assessments and developing and delivering privacy training and awareness in the Ontario health sector.  

 

Past highlights include the development of the provincial training program as well as the development of tools and resources for privacy officers to implement privacy program and policy requirements. 

 

Promila holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Waterloo and has completed certificates in Lean Six Sigma and e-Learning Design from the University of Toronto.
