Michaela Nebel is a partner in the IPTech practice group of Baker McKenzie’s Frankfurt office. She advises German and international companies on all aspects of IT law, with a strong focus on data protection law. Michaela Nebel holds certifications as a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe and a Certified Information Privacy Professional/US. She frequently gives presentations, including at IAPP events. She is the author of numerous articles on data protection law and also the co-author of an English language GDPR commentary.
