Saz Kanthasamy, CIPP/E, CIPM, FIP

Principal Researcher, Privacy Management

Saz Kanthasamy is a Principal Researcher in Privacy Management at the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).

Prior to joining the IAPP, Saz worked in KPMG’s Privacy Advisory Services team as a consultant. Saz advised on and implemented privacy programs for a broad range of clients, across multiple sectors including retail, ecommerce telecommunications,

pharmaceuticals and financial services delivering privacy transformation programmes that supported clients to meet the requirements of multiple regulations. Saz has also been seconded to various clients, including the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Saz received his undergraduate and masters degrees in Economics from the University of Nottingham.
