Alex van der Wolk is a partner with Morrison & Foerster in Europe. Alex advises global companies on data protection strategy and compliance governing all aspects of information management. He assists companies in setting up their global privacy compliance programs (Binding Corporate Rules) and co-chairs the working group of chief privacy officers at leading European multinationals who have implemented Binding Corporate Rules.  He is also often called upon to head crisis management teams for clients facing investigations by regulators and data protection authorities, as well as responding to cybersecurity incidents.  Alex is a regular guest lecturer at the Tilburg Institute for Law, Technology, and Society of Tilburg University. Legal 500 lists Alex as recommended lawyer. "He is impressive and knowledgeable and enables clients to make the right decisions" (Legal 500 2016).
