Megan Duffy, CIPP/US
Megan Duffy serves as in-house Privacy Counsel at Snapchat.
In this role, Megan is responsible for developing and managing Snapchat’s global privacy program, advising legal and business teams on domestic and international privacy and security regulations and standards, and implementing privacy accountability standards and reviews across the company for future products, data collection, and usage-related and employee-related initiatives.
Prior to joining Snapchat, Megan was in-house counsel for Fox Networks Group where she served as a privacy expert and provided advisory services to various FNG networks including FX, BTN, and Fox Sports on various privacy, data security, and e-commerce related issues.
Prior to joining Fox in 2007, Megan served as Director of Strategic Alliances and Global Account Manager at IMG.
Megan holds a B.A. in Kinesiology from the University of Colorado Boulder and her Juris Doctorate from Loyola Marymount. She is a current member in good standing with the California Bar Association and holds an active CIPP/US credential.
