Patrick is a privacy and security professional who worked as a security program manager for Microsoft in operations and software incident response in the Xbox group. He is currently a third-year law student at Santa Clara University School of Law, where he is pursuing a privacy certificate offered as part of Santa Clara’s juris doctor degree program. Patrick is deeply interested on how civil liberties become impacted by the pursuit of greater security and surveillance.
