Matthias Matthiesen, CIPP/E
Matthias serves as the director of privacy at ad tech company TripleLift. Previously Matthias worked as data protection officer at Shopify, head of privacy at Quantcast, and director of privacy and public policy at IAB Europe. In the past, Matthias also served as a member of the board of IAB Europe and the NAI. Matthias is probably most well-known for leading the initial development of the open-standard technical and policy framework that enables online services to obtain, record, and update user consent around ads known as the IAB Europe Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF).
