About the IAPP

Aaron advises clients on legal and policy matters involving state Attorneys General (AGs). With a focus on data privacy issues, Aaron has extensive experience advising clients across a wide array of industries relating to data breach incident response, AG data breach investigations, and the intersection between AG issues and data privacy, especially given the likely expanded AG enforcement that will be coming with the CCPA and other similar state laws. He also counsels clients on building relationships with State AGs to minimize their exposure to state-led lawsuits and negative publicity that can arise from such lawsuits.
