Nicola Carter
Nicola Carter is responsible for personal data and GDPR compliance in Airbus in the UK and part of the Airbus Personal Data Protection team leading the Group wide Communication, Training and Awareness Centre of Expertise. In her UK role Nicola is leading a work package to deliver GDPR training through digital media to employees with a primary focus on those who either process or are implementing new projects that process personal data. Within the UK Airbus Divisions, she is co-ordinating the GDPR implementation plan from the company project and identifying UK specific gaps and solutions to meet GDPR compliance. When she is not working on personal data topics, Nicola has a supporting role to the HR Employee Relations team and outside of work enjoys walking with her dog and being mum of 3 sons.
