Jetty Tielemans
Jetty Tielemans is a senior counsel in the Brussels office of Covington & Burling LLP. She has more than 20 years of experience in advising companies on all aspects of European data protection laws, including international data transfers.
Tielemans is a senior Westin research fellow at the IAPP. She is a regular speaker at privacy conferences and holds law degrees from the University of Antwerp (Belgium) and Harvard. She is fluent in Dutch, French, English and German. In 2018 she was the IAPP Privacy Vanguard Award recipient.
