Yann Padova joined Baker McKenzie as a partner in the Information Technology Group and head of the Data Protection Practice in Paris. He is internationally recognized in digital network law, personal data and regulatory law. Yann Padova has extensive experience in data protection, having served for 20 years as a regulator and a lawyer.

In November 2017, he was appointed “Country Leader” by the IAPP.

Yann Padova a rejoint Baker McKenzie en qualité de Partner en charge de l’activité de Protection des Données à Paris en juin 2017. Il est reconnu internationalement en droit des réseaux numériques, données personnelles et droit réglementaire. Yann Padova possède une vaste expérience en matière de protection des données (20 ans), après avoir été à la fois régulateur et avocat.

En novembre 2017, il a été nommé «country leader» par l'IAPP (International Association of Privacy Professional).
