Anna Myers, CIPP/US, CIPM

Anna Myers is a recent graduate of the George Washington University Law School. With an undergraduate degree in Rhetoric and Media studies and three years as a technical writer for a software company, she entered law school with a particular interest in finding the balance among technological innovation, privacy and security in global communications.
While in law school, Myers worked for Harvard University’s Berkman Center for Internet and Society, the Network Advertising Initiative in Washington, DC, and as a law clerk for the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Privacy, Transparency and Records. At GW Law, Myers served as a writing fellow, chief of staff for the Student Bar Association and as a notes editor for the Federal Communications Law Journal. More recently, Anna served as a fellow with the IAPP's Westin Research Canter.
Outside of work, Anna designs and builds furniture and is learning to code.
