About the IAPP

Graham is Deloitte’s Global Privacy Leader and Chief Privacy Officer responsible for Deloitte’s global privacy strategy and operations. He leads a global team of privacy professionals responsible for designing and implementing a global privacy program, developing Deloitte’s privacy policies and standards especially as they relate to “Privacy By Design”.

Graham has previously held the role of DPO for Deloitte UK and prior to joining Deloitte he held senior privacy roles at Gartner and Microsoft.

In addition to his privacy experience, Graham has held several roles as a CISO, combining privacy, technical, legal and regulatory expertise to provide expert, actionable, guidance allowing organisations to align their behaviour and culture to deliver a privacy and security focus benefiting employees, stakeholders, clients and communities.

Graham received his LL.M in Information Rights Law from Northumbria University and holds the IAPP’s FIP, CIPP/E, CIPT and CIPM certifications in addition to being certified by ISACA in CDPSE, CISM and CRISC.
