About the IAPP

As SVP of Privacy & Compliance, Dan Rosler cross-functionally leads the business and operational aspects of Flashtalking’s global consumer privacy compliance including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, IAB TCF, and other emerging acronyms. He also ensures that Flashtalking maintains vital industry accreditations and audits such as the MRC (Media Rating Council) and the NAI.

Dan has over 30 years of experience in Internet technology, digital marketing, legal services, and professional services, including leadership positions at pioneering startups such as Scient, Adchemy, and Rocket Fuel, as well as larger organizations like Yahoo! and PayPal.

With both a BA (Music) and MBA from UC Berkeley, Dan continues to be a huge fan of the school’s sports teams. “Go Bears!”
