As an engineer, tech innovator, and social entrepreneur, Natalie creates innovative solutions by leveraging technology to address systemic issues in society, transforming industries and touching the lives of millions.
Natalie received an award from the Prime Minister’s Delivery Unit for automating benefit payments in the UK with the Post Office Card Account. She automated financial redress to millions of consumers and thousands of small businesses for mis-sold banking products, delivered a platform to combat financial crime and played a crucial role in implementing workforce management technology for the Nightingale Hospitals during the pandemic. Most recently, she was named one of Start-Up Magazine’s 23 Most Influential Women of 2023.
Natalie was a KPMG partner for 10 years and left her role as Head of Intelligent Automation for KPMG UK in 2023 to start Elfkare, a social enterprise aimed at bringing kindness and caring to life and to the workplace leveraging Tech for Good.
In 2024, Natalie and her team are excited to be launching KindYu, a transformative solution with an AI personal navigator that enables employees to share everyday acts of kindness, caring and gratitude, fostering deeper connections with colleagues, friends, family and the wider community. Kindyu is not just an app, it’s a movement towards a more compassionate, socially inclusive work environment and world.
