About the IAPP

Valentina joined Marval O’Farrell Mairal in 2022 and is currently a member of the Intellectual Property, Information Technology and Privacy Department. Valentina is a law student in Universidad de San Andrés. Valentina’s areas of specialization are intellectual property, information technology, data protection & privacy matters. Her relevant working experience includes advising clients in matters mainly related to IP agreements, IT agreements and trademark protection, data security breach incidents, preparing privacy policies, among other privacy and data protection matters.
